Loose Stones:

Due to the limited availability of each carefully selected in-stock loose diamond or gemstone, all purchases are considered final. Loose diamonds privately sourced for you are returnable within 3 days of delivery, minus shipping costs +10% restock fee. Gemstones are not eligible for returns. Approved returns will need to be returned with all their original paperwork, certificates, and any documentation that came in the original packaging. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 72 hours of the return items being inspected and approved, minus shipping cost + a 10% restocking fee.

Finished Jewelry and Custom Orders:

For all custom jewelry items or finished Ready to Ship pieces, all sales are final. 

Absolutely no returns are offered on loose stones that are not certified or gemstones.
