Warranty and Exclusions
We guarantee that our gold jewelry will retain its original color and luster when properly cared for. In the unlikely event that discoloration occurs due to exposure to chemicals, pools or hot tubs, or bathing, we will offer a one-time free restoration service within 6 months of purchase. Please note that white gold does require maintenance. Rhodium plating, or dipping, is recommended yearly if you notice any discoloration on your setting.
Taking care of the prongs is an integral part of keeping your stones safe. Prongs should be inspected at least every 6 months. As part of normal wear and tear, prongs can catch on objects, wear out, or bend especially if exposed to harsh conditions. If any issues with the prongs are detected within 14 days from date of delivery, we will provide complimentary re-tipping services to ensure the security of the stones. If your custom piece is for an engagement ring, please ensure that you notify us of actual engagement so we can extend that service to 14 days from proposing.
We highly recommend that you insure all your jewelry pieces to protect yourself from losses such as damage, lost items or theft. While our warranty covers manufacturing defects and certain damages, it does not extend to cover the complete replacement of lost gemstones. By insuring your jewelry, you can have additional protection and peace of mind.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from mishandling, neglect, improper care, or any modifications, including sizing, made by other jewelers after purchase, and Rhodium plating, or dipping, of white or rose gold pieces.
